Four steps, one checkout

1. Send the photograph from the studio: one house, from the street, the whole front in frame and nobody in it. Tidy the Kerb is on, so the bins, the cars and your own sale board stay out of the painting.
2. Read the proof. It counts the windows, doors, gables, storeys, chimneys and porch columns in the photograph and in the painting. A count that differs earns one free repaint; a gift with a missing window is the one gift you cannot give.
3. At the buy panel, tick It is a gift. At checkout, type the buyers’ new address as the shipping address. Prodigi prints it at the lab nearest that address.
4. The order waits one hour before it goes to the printer, so a wrong address can still be cancelled from the confirmation page for a full refund.

The listing photograph

Listing photographs belong to the photographer who took them, and a listing licence often covers marketing the sale and nothing after it. By sending one you confirm you have the right to use it this way: you took it, the photographer said yes, or the buyers sent it to you. If you are unsure, ask the buyers for a phone photograph from the street. It paints as well, and it is already theirs.

Your name on it

The gift note holds two hundred characters, enough for a welcome and your name. Here is the honest part: today the note rides on the order and on your receipt, and the parcel carries no printed card from us yet. Write the card yourself, or tell the buyers the parcel is from you before it lands.

One at every closing
